"My mother and I stopped here this morning. 12-3-21 It was roughly 11am so we missed the breakfast window. The cut off time for breakfast is 10:30am. Upon entry, the establishment appeared very clean. The lady's restroom was very clean. The floors were spotless and plenty of t.p. and paper towels avaliable. The menu is simple, not over complicated at all. We both ordered the chicken with sides. The chicken is ridiculously moist! And the flavor is quite divine. The meat tastes like it just came off a grill. Reminded me of my Uncle's delicious Bar B Que. Anyhow, I ordered potato salad and that was very flavorful. My mother had the coleslaw and green beans as a side. Her only dislike were the chunks of ham in the green beans, but she was able to remove them. Arrive with a large appetite because they serve you plenty of food ? The price is reasonable for the amount of food received. There's plenty of seating inside if you are traveling with a large group. They also have a drive thru if you need your food on the go. I highly recommend and will be visiting again in the future ?"

"The food, service and atmosphere is great!!! The food is some of the best Mexican food around and the service can be slow when busy, but they come with basket of chips and salsa. The food is worth waiting. Margaritas are ingenious and beer is cold while you wait. Great outdoor seating. Just a great experience!!!"

"1st trip- The food was not great. Had the top shelf margaritas and they were the worst margaritas I have had. 2nd trip- through the drive thru, ordered 3 tacos was asked to pull up in line and waited for 17 minutes while everyone behind me received their orders. I finally asked the server where my food was and was told there must have been some mistake. Not happy with the service."

"Shade Tree Saloon has been my favorite for a few years. it is a biker bar, but it is a very quiet More like family oriented, although I cannot say that I have seen more than a few times children. Open air walls are garage doors that can stand up and ceiling fans for cooling. great food. Bands in warm months. I'll say they always had good wings.... Now they suck... "I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for some time. My go-to dish is the stir-fried vegetables with lemongrass and garlic (spicy level #3), which I always order with tofu as I am vegetarian. I have always been pleased with the generous portions, delicious flavors, and perfect level of spiciness. However, during my last visit, I was disappointed to find that the portion size was significantly smaller than usual, despite the nearly $17.00 price tag, and the dish lacked the usual kick of spice that I enjoy (#0 on the spiciness scale). It seems like there may be a new chef in the kitchen. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future."

"Had some amazing Gorditas (food), some ice cold cervesa in chilled mexican pottery, and enjoyed live music that my papi would have loved and sung to my Nana. Service was great, ask for Jesus (the waiter), but anybody would be good. They all seemed to be very attentive from where they stand instead of in some back area like other places. I’ve had the puffy tacos and they were really good too. The charro beans were really good too! My wife’s frozen lime margarita was perfect. Not too sweet and not too tart and the ice was consistency as well."

"I went today for a late lunch and drinks. I couldn't decide between the ceviche or garlic shrimp. After tasting the ceviche which wasn't to my liking, I ordered the garlic shrimp dish. When I got my meal it was shrimp drowning in butter. I cut the shrimp in half and took a bite. The shrimp was so over cooked it was horrible. I thought maybe it was just the one shrimp, so I tried another piece. Nope. It to was so over cooked I couldn't believe the were serving it. I didn't make a scene just told my waiter, who was great, that the shrimp were inedible and just bring me a couple of totadas. I can't imagine anyone eating that shrimp. I paid full price for my tostadas and tipped my waiter because it wasn't his fault. Shrimp are easy to add at the end of cooking and only take a couple of minutes to cook. These were hard, not rubbery, just hard."

"This place is set up like Willies if you’ve ever been. You order your food, get your drinks and find a table for a server to come get your ticket. Then they bring you your food. I had their Classic burger, hubby had the Philly cheese steak. We both were very pleased w/the food. It was delicious. Our server was attentive and polite. I had a margarita on the rocks, but it tasted more like a water down lemonade. Overall ambiance of the restaurant was nice and they had tv’s everywhere to watch a game. They have a cute outdoor playground, so that’s a plus if you have littles. Definitely going back to try the catfish and fried mushrooms. Parking seems somewhat limited."

"During this pandemic time seems to me its a bit hard to choose takeout over a home cooked meal if needed. Burritos are made without care and do not come with the ingredients they are supposed to. They even get the plain SIMPLE crunchy tacos wrong. They either have too much lettuce and no meat...or the taco shell is already shattered. "My husband and I first discovered Mague's in Boerne, and we were thrilled when they opened a location in Spring Branch near us! The food is amazing, and the staff is consistently friendly. "The store was top notch and the guy was happy to help. The choice of meat and cheese was great. We saw wine in the other room, but that's why we weren't there. You have live (big music on Friday and Saturday evening from 7-10! You have a beautiful outdoor area for the band, a wine and beacon (they said it should be a full bar at the end of the summer! And a good selection of dishes from the grill. We had great grilled wings and juniper and some beers. All right. Or children loved the music and the play area. There are some tables and chairs, but feel free to your own."

"The food was absolutely spectacular! I planned to put the kids to bed early so I could take my wife out, but unfortunately, it was already 3:00 PM, and we ended up dining at McDonald's. At first, I was a bit upset because one of the customers tried to steal a dog, but once I tasted the food, I was pleasantly surprised—it was delicious! I had completely forgotten that my wife has a gluten intolerance, so after she had a few bites, we decided to switch to dessert. We ordered two desserts, and they were fantastic. However, I also forgot that my wife is lactose intolerant, so we cut our dessert short and headed home afterward. Overall, it was a good night!"
