"We encountered a long line, so we decided to use the kiosk to place our order. Surprisingly, our food arrived even before we had finished ordering for ourselves. It would be wise to try the kiosk when it’s not busy! We ordered the bagel bites, which were quite enjoyable—each about the size of a golf ball, maybe slightly larger, and very soft. The bagels were nice, and the cream cheese inside had a hint of chives. We also tried the avocado toast with speck, which was decent. However, the avocado seemed like it came pre-packaged in a small plastic container, and it was a bit bland, possibly with some lemon mixed in. I wasn't a fan of it. We ordered a side of hash browns, but they were just four tiny rounds! Honestly, I would have been disappointed if we liked them—they were oily and mushy. Our breakfast also included a croissant sandwich with speck and ice, which was okay but lacked flavor. We shared a large iced mocha with extra sugar and a shot of espresso; my husband enjoyed it, but I found it too bitter for my taste. I opted for a refreshing drink with dragon fruit and added extra sugar, which I wouldn’t recommend next time because it was quite sweet but still very tasty. We also ordered two donuts, but they forgot to include them with our order. When we asked about it, the staff seemed a bit confused. However, they did eventually give them to us, and I got the impression they thought we were being dishonest. Interestingly, while we were there, two other customers also had to return for their forgotten donuts. So, definitely make sure to double-check your orders!"

"This absolutely blew my expectations out of the water !! The waitress Yolanda was so kind an Informative about the specials an also the ingredients in the dishes. The service was so quick an polite but didn't feel a bit rushed at all, if I could give this a 6 star review I would have. I don't know how this place wasn't packed but chili's an Cody's next door was those people are missing out. The food was so fresh an you could tell everything was very home made nothing just heated up in the microwave would definitely recommend an will be coming back soon !"

"I've been here for almost 20 years. The food is usually done right when we go. I have some bad orders from here over the years. As we know, bad checkers are just as bad if not worse than bad Bell. Odd-Sache tho, what I can't say about any other fast food place, they always get my order right. No. Every time. The 2 for $7 meals is one of the best options around now. I'm glad they started this! The new ordering computer is annoying, but it usually gets it right. Prepare for the occasional long lines around the usual times and late at night as they are one of the ONLY places open late due to the area (ghetto) of Pill Richey."

"ghosts! we got some wrong orders here and there, but the ghost knock was the last time we ever order from this place again. my writing is literally next to the door. no knock, no ring, has not heard or seen how the guy appears. when I opened the door, my pizza was on the floor and ants were in all boxes. the answer the manager was that this is his style, he is very quiet. you probably didn't hear him knock. no refund or reordered was made by the administration this day, and we will never give them business again."

"Had a lovely dinner recently at Outback Steakhouse and my boyfriend and I ordered steak and grilled shrimp! We asked Andy, our server, if it came with cocktail sauce. He advised us that he could make it for us! Wow! He came out with two of his fabulous versions and we really loved the flavor of them both! That cocktail sauce was the hi-lite of our fine dining that night! Andy was the perfect server and we wanted to share our great experience with everyone looking at reviews! Ask for Andy. :"

"We moved to Florida about 8 months ago and were having no luck finding a pizza place we love. We just happened to see this place sitting on the corner of a little shopping plaza and figured we’d give it a try. WOW, what a hidden gem! Not only was the food great, but the service was above and beyond. While putting our garlic bread on the plate to serve I guess a piece or two got dropped in the kitchen. The gentleman actually came to the table to apologize himself and said how sorry he was and how careful he’d be with our pizza. We told him it was no big deal and no worries. He brought our pizza to the table and checked on us multiple times, and when we were ready to leave he brought dessert free of charge. We are grateful to have found this place, not only for the great pizza, but it was amazing to see someone take such pride in their work. Thank you guys so much for such an amazing dining experience. You have made us customers for life."

"To celebrate my nephews Bday I called Padulas and asked if they could make their BIG pizza in the form of a C or 2. They said they couldn't do this, but they could do it with the Paprikas! I said quite sure. So the delivery person showed up on time (completely and says my manager didn't cut the pizza so that you could have a photo opportunity: and gave us a pizza cutter. That was very thoughtful for me and it is another reason to love Padulas!! Thank you. P.s I tried to save some, but my dog found the left overpasses."

"Went to Bull Creek last week. Had been there before and enjoyed it and looked forward to going back. Well needless to say that will be my last time going there. First off we were expecting a happy hour per their website. Turns out the website has not been updated because they have done away with their happy hour specials. According to other reviews they state they have daily specials but our waitress did not share with us. They have installed misters and with the weather right now I understand having them but it's not comfortable to sit there and get wet. They were on continuously rather than off and on . They did turn them off per our request. We ordered food and it was disappointing. The pimento burger didn't have bacon on it as it was supposed to. Our club sandwich was missing the avocados. Not the fault of the waitress but definetly the fault of the kitchen. When mentioned to the waitress, her comment was I'm sure I saw it on your sandwiches. Question is how did she know what was on the sandwich. Does she make it a habit to check out the food? We felt her tone of voice was a bit argumentative in that we would have rather hear her apologize and try and make it right. She wasn't too friendly but more I'm here because I have to be. The real kicker to the evening was when I checked my bank account the next day, the amount taken out of my account was more than the total on my bill. I did leave an 18% tip which was fair but the amount taken out equated to a 21% tip. Not a major difference but it is the principle of it. I can't believe this was done and am totally disgusted by their obligation to do this to their customers. I did call yesterday and leave a voice mail to have the general manager call me to talk about it. So far no response. It's only been 24 hours but leaving the message in regards to the matter I would have thought it would be a call they would want to follow up with immediately. So needless to say my experience was not one I want to experience again. Very disappointed and will never go back. Unfortunately they say if you have a bad experience you tell others. If you have a good experience it goes unmentioned."

"This Applebees is by far the best one in Spring Hill. Highly recommend this one over the one on county line. All the servers are absolutely amazing , especially Dana. If you come here , definitely ask for her. She’s always provided exceptional customer service and you can definitely tell she cares about the customers. Their Wednesday music trivia nights are always fun and a very upbeat atmosphere. The food is always very good and their half price appetizers are always super convenient. Definitely try some of their alcoholic beverages also! The bartenders always do a fantastic job."

"We had a very nice time, enjoyed the service and food. We did not order much as we were just doing appetizer and drinks. Unfortunately the menu price on quesocheese dip said 6.50 which came out in a small container. Which was fine. After viewing my bill , I was charged 8.50 and when I asked the server who was very sweet...she said the prices change. So, I just asked for a little bit more to take home, she had to ask the manager. He told me I should've scanned the menu from the wall and would've known. I believe the menu should tell you the price. As much as we enjoyed, we will not go back as I feel that should've been explained by the server when sat. I also feel the manager should have been a little more helpful and offer more to go."
