I ordered the Paccheri, a dish prepared with Fresh, handmade Pasta with a proper texture, and delicious flavor. The pasta is sautéed in, Olive oil, and Garlic, with sliced multi colored flavorful Tomatoes, whole tasty pine nuts, topped with grated Pecorino Romano and cracked black pepper. My Wife ordered the Steak, an amazing cut of Beef, no Fat, with a delicious consistency, and Flavor. Prepared with Olive oil, Sautéed Garlic, and Cracked black pepper . My wife ordered her steak medium well, and we where both totally impressed with the complete meal."
