The offer and the infomation about the need for alternatives reached us only after we had received our drinks – hard to go somewhere else. This is not a criticism of the service that was very friendly, attentive and accommodating all the time, nor of the quality of the dishes offered. I find it only very problematic if you roll it on your guests who seem to be badly organized and/or communication between kitchen and service does not work properly. It's nice that you're offering us a coffee afterwards, but we've come to lunch and not to drink coffee. It's hard to understand that instead you couldn't get through to serve the lunch table at the advertised price. But it's good that you're even getting back. By the way, we should not have discussed this here either, we have offered the superior several times to speak directly with the decision-makers. Unfortunately, no one had a look at us at the table."
