"southpark mall in strongsville, just a 4-minute drive from the ohio turnpike, is a frequent rest stop for me on long rides on the turnpike. it is the largest retail business in the state and allows a lot of opportunity to wander. at the rande of the shopping center is corelife eatery, whose menu lists three items tagged with vegan: (1) sriracha ingwer roasted tofu green dish, (2) sriracha ingwer tofu and old chalk bowl, and (3) shishatake mushroom and roasted tofu sweet broth dish. many additional toppings (hummus, falafel) and dressings (balsame vinaigrette, carrot chili vinaigrette, thai cashew) are also clearly vegan marked. I tried the sriracha ingwer roasted tofu green bowl, the baby spinat, crushed cale, roasted organic tofu, brokkoli, carrots, spirouts, basilikum sriracha, carrots chili vinaigrette. the spinach and the cale were fresh and crisp. I had only one meal there, but I will be back for more on turnpike."
