"The food is different now. Doesn't look fresh. It was just reheated. No soup, no fries. Potatoes looked old. Side dishes seemed to be seating too long. I also didn't like the draft beer. We came for an early dinner at 3 PM and were told that we had to wait 1 hour because the cook was not in yet. It was supposed to be our highlight of the trip to Massachusetts, but it failed miserably. Last time, we were there in 2019 before Covid. It was great then. "Ever since my girlfriend and I started dating nearly four years ago, we've loved going out for breakfast almost every Sunday morning. Recently, one of our favorite spots closed permanently, so we began the search for a new place that would match our previous experience. I think we might have found it at Bridgeside Grille. The menu was filled with so many tempting options that it was hard for us to make a decision. Eventually, we did choose, and we were very satisfied. Will we return? Absolutely!"

"Staff is polite and service is quick despite so many people going to and from Amherst for college or work that stop by for coffee and doughnuts. My only advice when going to this dunkin during rush hour, is be prepared to not be able to find space in the drive through line since this Dunkin is a favorite of a lot of people passing through Sunderland so the line does fill up quick sometimes"

"Mybtruck broke down in their lot. Had supper there waiting for a ride. Food ws all good. Had a couple hot dogs and onion rings. The bigger story here is the people that own the place. Intold them my truck broke down and that i would be back to get it. It took 3 dys to get it, the owners were so kind . I would recommend that everyonebthat can, please stop and have some food and or ice cream as these people are super."
