"My dauther, significant other, had the most cordial, sweet server. I wish I could remember her name. Our food was outstanding! The next day my daughter realized she left her wallet. I phoned and the nicest lady answered and said they were saving the wallet up front. My daughter drove almost an hour away and picked up. She could not implore enough how grateful she was and grateful that this world still had good, honest people in it. This restaurant is a rarity with beautiful, honest people. "We decided to have a little dinner last Friday night. So we ended up at Ping's. I don't know we'd get the red carpet treatment! Starting with an open door welcome from David, we found our seats at the bar with a great view of the lake at sunset. Not less than 4 employees were waiting for us. The food was delicious, the beer was cold and the place was packed! We've been to Ping several times, but this trip was top! Six stars! Thank you!"

"My husband and I were in town and decided to try this place for the big reviews. We were pleasantly satisfied with the service we received. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. We ordered Mozzarella Sticks Buffalo wing okra cheese Grieß Lachs and the Cuban sandwich. We didn't get pictures of all the food, but trust me. It was very delicious. We will definitely eat here again if we are ever in the area and we recommend that you try it as well."

"Love to stop at a Wendy’s. Menu elements seem to shrink, but I do not think that due to the consistent quality. Try the chili and baked potato for a delicious lunch! I love the extras, ie crispy crackers, senior freebie drink, hot sauce chili packs, and a free, with any buy frosty if you have bought a free frosty key ring (good for one year) by chance (adjust it to your key ring snd show it on the window) in January as I did. In fact, I bought a bunch of free frosty key rings and gave them out of my family. Wendys has always been a great place to eat."

"The first thing we noticed when we entered was how clean everything was. The second was the kindness of the staff and their excellent customer service. I even told them this in person: the young man who made the burritos should be in a training role, teaching other Taco Bell locations how to create an authentic burrito. It was packed tightly with meat and other ingredients in every bite—nothing was left out!"

"Honestly the food is mediocre, especially for some of the pricing. We had a mix up on our order but it wasn’t the end of the world. When we went, there was only about maybe six tables, our server had two overall and the other server had about 4. Our server disappeared and we waited for about 15-20 min for the check and she only checked up on us once during our whole stay. In addition, when we walked in the hostess greeted us like we were a burden. I work in the restaurant industry as a server and know what it is like, if it was busy I would be more understanding."

"Food was good, however this was an absolute miserable dining in experience. After being seated waited on our server for 15 minutes despite being the only customers in the ding room. Our server walked off in the middle of our order to argue with another employee. Our drinks were not served until well after our food was on the table and then the 2 former mentioned employees had a heated argument right at our table about who should have prepared our drinks.Terrible service and under no circumstances will I ever bring my family here again."

"My friend and I have eaten here several times and enjoyed it but our most recent visit was a big disappointment. We went in after the normal lunch rush but noticed that there were a few more people than we normally do but I definitely wouldn't say they were crowded.We took a seat and waited... and waited. After a longer than normal wait a waitress came by and dropped off a couple menus but didn't even stop long enough to take our drink orders. After about ten minutes we got our drinks and placed our orders.Forty minutes later we got our order. During that forty minute wait the only thing we heard from the staff was that they only had one cook and that was a new person.The news cook isn't as good as the old cook. The shrimp were terribly over seasond and the tater tots were the bits from the bottom of the bag.When the check came it showed only a total, no itemization at all and it seemed to be too much. I asked for itemization of the bill and discovered that they charged three dollars for iced tea (yes I know lots of restaurants gouge their clients like this. Still not right. They also charged $3 for paying with a card. That's more than double what the bank charges them."

I consider it one of my favorite places in Toccoa. One of my favorite managers, Sarah McCracken, adds to the wonderful experience, and I genuinely love this restaurant. The staff is top-notch!"
