Roberto was very rude, unhelpful, and told us that if we wanted food, we would have to place a new order and pay for it again. When we asked for a manager, Roberto claimed to be the manager at that moment, refused to assist us further, and hung up on us. In conclusion, Roberto is an extremely rude individual who lacks proper management skills and should not be in a position of authority. This restaurant needs to improve its employee training."
