"Our party of 7 had a late morning reservation for breakfast, celebrating a family event. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived (nor did it become busy during our meal). Our meals came our in pieces those who ordered pancakes received them (and nothing else accompanying sides not delivered at same time) 10 min ahead of those with egg meals. For one side of eggs, we had to remind 2 different waitstaff on 3 occasions, and they did not finally arrive until everyone had finished eating. Unfortunately, the unapologetically poor service and uncoordinated food delivery were a major frustration on what should have been a relaxing and festive occasion. When I reached out to the restaurant later, they said to drop them a line when we're in town so we can be shown the Lumen experience. When I mentioned we are in fact, local, not hotel guests, there was no further follow up. Disappointing service during and after the visit."
