"Our experience started off positively. The restaurant wasn't crowded, our waitress was prompt, and the appetizer was enjoyable — a mix of fried pickles, onion rings, and chips. However, when our main dishes arrived, they were disappointing. The chicken wings were burnt and inedible, and we couldn't finish almost a third of our meals. Our drinks were never refilled, and when we paid, the waitress offered us drinks that were made with tea and sugar, but they had run out of sweet tea. We arrived around 10:30 PM, so it was unclear if they simply didn’t want to serve any more drinks or if that was their policy. Given that this was a Buffalo Wild Wings, we weren't expecting gourmet food, but since we were out of town, we had hoped for a better experience."
