"First off the place is large and clean. It's welcoming and the staff are friendly. Mykaila was our friendly, efficient wait person. She had the unpleasant duty of informing us that they were out of brisket, burnt ends and ribs! Oh no! Turns out the day after Christmas they got slammed and they had those items again before we left. But, I was planning on ordering salad bar and stew anyway. Disappointed, my husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich. It was on a brioche looking bun piled high with fine chopped, moist pork. Delicious flavor of slow cooked, natural peCAN wood smoke but not too heavy smoke flavor. (Pecan smoke is more subtle and sweet than hickory or mesquite. There were several choices of sauce from smoky and spicy to GA mustard to Carolina thin sauce. The salad bar was very fresh and clean. The carrot raisin salad was delicious and was just like Chick-fil-As used to be. Macaroni salad, fresh veggies and banana pudding or peach cobbler with ice cream are also good. I really enjoyed the chicken salad and ate way too much salad items. When the stew arrived it was in a to go container. Not sure if that is the usual or my awesome waitress noticing how much salad I ate. Haha. The Brunswick stew is more like vegetable soup in consistency. Too thin for my husband who likes his very thick. So he added his moist pulled pork and it was perfect. I loved the flavor. It came with 2 little cornbread pieces which had a little sugar in them. We're a house divided on that subject. Our table neighbors ordered the Philly cheesesteaks. But like me were too full of yummy salad to eat them. The prices were good for the quality of food and portions. We're very persnickety about our BBQ and we'll be back next trip to Florida."

"I visited Panda Express on February 21, 2022 at the request of my oldest son. I typically park and go inside so that I can see the options and quickly select food items. However, due to being tired and ready to get home, I used the drive-thru. I attempted to place my son's order and the male voice that was taking the order stated, we are out of that after I selected one or two entree items. Next thing I knew, there was a female voice providing a list of all items that were available. I finished up my order and drove up to the pick up window. I inquired with the male about the way he responded while I placed my order. When I received my order, I handed the food items to my sons sitting in the back seat. As I prepared to drive off, a female came to the window and asked me if there was a problem with my order. I responded that there wasn't a problem but that I was giving my sons their food. I asked if this was a problem since there was no one behind me. The female responded, Yes, it is I got upset because at this point no one was behind me and I told the female that no one was behind me so it shouldn't matter. She replied' It does matter then stared at me for a few minutes before walking away as the employees watched in the background. I called the Panda Express number on my receipt and asked for management...guess who I was connected with? The same female that was so rude to me at the drive-thru window. I knew it was her because I recalled her unique accent. I explained my issue and informed her that I would be contacting the corporate headquarter for Panda Express. The manager didn't offer any apology and attempted to justify her actions. Please beware of visiting this location. I have never heard of a drive-thru having an issue with a paying customer checking his/her food and giving food to passengers before driving off. Poor service and management!"
