"BAD, BAD, BAD service!! Rude staff at counter on phone would not even look at you, make eye contact or give a nod to people in line waiting to order. We ordered Cheeseburger, chili hot dog, milk vanilla milk shake. When order ready, they took our receipt away and did not give the milk we had ordered and paid for. When we went back requested our milk, they made us pay for it again and gave us a glass of lukewarm milk that was obviously not properly refrigerated.They did not provide utensils for the chili and after my fiance waited patiently for 5 minutes and was ignored by the person behind the counter i got up, walked over and said “EXCUSE ME” very loudly to get the attention of the three other people behind the counter and finally managed to get some utensils after complaining about being ignored. A panhandler came in twice trying to shake down customers for change and in the time it took to get our food, the utensils and eat the food that was by then cold, two other customers were filing complaints about their orders, which were incorrect. To sum it up: non-existent to crappy service. Rude employees who obviously don’t care about the customers. Crackheads wandering through shaking down customers. Oh, yeah… to top it off, a bathroom that looked smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks! So NOT going back there ever again!"

"my group had a great culinary experience here. we were looking for from the usual sorts and decided here, and we did not regret it. we end order lamp biryani, butter prawns, huhn tikka masala, some samosa and garlic naan - they were all delicious! the taj mahal beer, as recommended by the person waiting for us, went really well with eating. surprisingly no one else was in; I notice that most of the incidents fail. we're coming back."

"Nice place for BBQ. I had the burned ends and it was delicious. Every meal comes with 2 sides and cornbread. I had the beans and potatoes. I loved the potatoes, but the beans were beans, I added some of the bbq sauce on the table and they tasted better. The lemonade was great, drinks are taken in large mason glasses. Other plates we ordered were the 1/2 chicken with Coleslaw (which was delicious) and the beans. Chicken was moist and very tasty. Other meal was pulled pork and rib with beans and Mac and cheese, which was also Blande, needed more spices. We wanted to try the sweet potato cake and the rib tips, but they were sold out. I'd come by if I was in the Vallejo area and BBQ wanted to. Good amount of food for the price."

"I've been to this restaurant more than a handful of times. The taste of their food is very delicious. It's a small restaurant off a busy street. It's very clean and employees are very nice. Its kid friendly and they do not sell alcohol. It's a Salvadorian restaurant and they also sell Mexican food. I normally get pupusas. Today I had a pupusa of Jalapeño with cheese, a corn tamale and fried yucca. These are my preferred dishes on their menu. The food is very authentic and delicious. I recommend you try this restaurant when in Vallejo, you will not be disappointed."

"While the food is decent, the workers make us question if they even wash their hands. We went today and asked for plates to eat our pizza as a family. The worker repeatedly gave us dirty plates when we asked for new ones because they were…DIRTY!! We asked THREE times. He kept switching them out for more dirty plates. He had so much attitude and ignored my father when he tried to point out they were dirty. He did it to inform him incase his ignorant and oblivious self didn’t notice. He made the most disturbing, disrespectful, and disgusting face I have ever seen in a worker. I don’t understand how some people can be so horrible at their job. Why don’t they put themselves in the shoes of their customer? I also work in customer service understand how annoying, entitled, and persistent customers can be. However, this wasn’t one of those times. This was simply a sanitation issue. He’s lucky we didn’t cause a scene call corporate. Anyone else would have seen to it that he be fired and the restaurant be reviewed. Where is the humanity?"

The ferry that leaves from the bay has happy hour. The restaurant has beer on tap and wine. The place is noisy and the music is too loud for my taste. But I was not feeling great."

"TBH I don't really do chain restaurants, but my BF's family wanted to come since it was down the street. I was surprised to see it was actually pretty busy on a Wednesday evening, but service was still fairly fast. All pasta dishes come with never ending soup or salad, and breadsticks. They have 4 soup options: zuppa toscana, chicken and gnocchi, minestrone, and pasta e fagioli, but just stick with the zuppa and gnocchi ones. They actually have a really fresh salad but they ruin it by drowning it in dressing!! Next time, I'll definitely ask for dressing on the side so we can mix it all in ourselves, otherwise it's a fantastic side/app before your main meal. PS. They have never ending dipping sauces for your bread sticks now to add on for $6! Kinda pricey in my opinion, esp since you can only get 1 sauce at a time. They have 3 options alfredo, cheesy marinara, or marinara. Not worth it because the alfredo was the only good one. Just get a saucy pasta and dip your bread there! We shared the toasted ravioli and shrimp fritto misto. They were good but heavy as both are fried and then served with marinara. The shrimp was succulent and juicy, and served with fried bell pepper strips which were a little over done but I'm not complaining! This one comes with a spicy ranch that was pretty dang good. The raviolis were meh. They had a spinach beef filling and each ravioli was large, but it wasn't anything special. I would absolutely reorder the fried shrimp. If you're a fried calamari person like me, then this one is right up your alley. I ordered the shrimp and chicken carbonara. It was the least carbonara tasting carbonara I've ever had, however it wasn't bad lol It just wasn't carbonara. It had a good amount of chicken, shrimp and bell peppers mixed in, and a ton of sauce! I like sauce, and it was creamy but it was a little thin. I would have preferred a thicker sauce to coat my pasta. The pasta was like a fatter spaghetti but not bucatini. Maybe for future I'd ask to sub for fettucine or a thicker pasta of some sort. The flavor has a strong bacon taste but there weren't any bacon bits : I didn't eat much of it at the resto since I was so full from apps but when I brought it home, I added chili flakes and more parm and black pepper! Much better! My BF opted for the shrimp scampi and I think he made the better choice. His pasta was angel hair so it was nice and light in a buttery lemon garlic sauce. They added chopped asparagus and tomatoes which were so fresh, and the asparagus was nice and crisp! I will be replicating this in the future at home! All in all, it wasn't a bad dining experience. You go in with expectations that you'll get americanized pasta with XL portions, and you won't be disappointed. I think the staff knows how to handle big crowds as they probably see this a lot so if you're with a large family, this is a plus! Service was attentive and quick, especially with any requests we may have had. Back in the day they used to give Andes mints at the end of the meal but we didn't get any! IDK if this policy changed or if it was just our bad luck, but I hope they bring this tradition back because it was a little disappointing as the mint chocolate is one of the highlights at Olive Garden!"

"I went through the drive-thru at the Taco Bell on Solano Ave and ordered the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco Box, as advertised on TV. However, the person taking my order didn’t know what that was. Apparently, they just refer to it as the Crispy Chicken Taco there. The taco itself was tasty. There’s an option to add chipotle or avocado ranch sauce, but the employee tried to charge me for it. In the end, neither sauce was included, despite my request for the avocado ranch. Still, I would order it again."

"Do you like a LOT of attitude with your chicken order?! I recently stopped by this location because I didn 't want to drive across town to Popeye 's. I was the only customer at Church 's at the time. I gave my order over the speaker; 2-piece combo witha wing and a thigh as well as a jalapeno pepper. I 'm certain of my order because I always order the same thing regardless ofthe chicken joint. Although i was the only customer, I waited a full 5-minutes for my order. My mistake was not checking theorder prior to leaving. I got home to discover that my thigh and wing had become a breast and a drumstick...and no jalapenopepper. I drove back and informed them of the error. Immediately I was met with pronounced rudeness from the woman at thewindow. She demanded my receipt twice and twice I told her that I 'd left it at home. It seemed like the fix should have beenvery simple; take the food back and give me what I asked for. No, this woman was insisting that I didn 't specify which pieces Iwanted (which was ridiculous given that I had repeated my order twice over the loud speaker) and she also insisted that I 'dnever asked for the jalapeno. What did this Ambassador of Congeniality to then? She told me that I had to pay for the singlejalapeno pepper as though I hadn 't just driven all the way back to get this order straght. This woman couldn 't spell CustomerService if you spotted her all of the vowels! Goodbye, Church ' 's. This was a simple fix and you could hardly have handled itworse...and there are other choices in town!"
