"Stopped at Popeyes while on a road trip and ordered chicken strips with mashed potatoes and a medium drink, as well as a classic chicken sandwich with fries and a medium drink. We requested two ranch dipping sauces but received chicken fingers without flatware or dipping sauce, as well as no napkins. Additionally, we were given the spicy sandwich instead of the classic one. We were charged extra to upgrade our drinks but received small drinks instead. Despite being told the sandwich would take 3 minutes, we ended up waiting for 10 minutes. Overall, we had many lunch options and will not be choosing Popeyes in the future, especially in Van Buren."
