"I ordered food online for pickup at the dining room. However, when we arrived, the doors were closed and we had to go through the drive-thru line. I was visibly annoyed and when I expressed my frustration, the employee at the entrance gave his opinion, which only made me more upset. We asked about the doors because our 7-year-old needed to use the restroom, but we were not given any information on how to enter the building. Despite having already paid for our meal online, we had to go through the drive-thru. The same employee argued that there was no active order, even though I tried to give him my order number. Eventually, we were allowed to join the line, where there were only 4 cars ahead of us. However, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for just 5 tacos, 5 drinks, and 5 burritos. To make matters worse, while we were waiting in line, the employee let another customer enter through the door. This experience left me feeling frustrated and angry, especially when we realized that we were missing 3 out of the 8 items we ordered. Overall, this entire trip took up an hour of my time. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values their time, as it is clear that they do not prioritize their customers. It's a shame, because even a Taco truck in a rural area like Rural King could thrive if run efficiently. Just my two cents."
