"Our kids received two coupons for 2 free small pizzas from their schools. We never order from snappys but decided to give it a try. While ordering we told the rep we had 2 free small valentines coupons and what we wanted to order. The rep took our order and then charged it to the credit card before even asking for our address or verifying the coupons or that we were even done ordering. After getting a alert of a charge done we asked him about why we were charged early. He told us that it was his second day and he needed to find help. After coming back on the phone he said that there is no manager in the building and he is still trying to find help. Who doesn't have a manager on shift! Also who doesnt help the new guy on his second day! The guy then said we cant reverse the charge because no manager or anyone with the credentials there was able to. SO the said we have a credit. What if we didn't like it? What if we were just trying to show support for our kids school? This was done completely backwards. I hope they improve their customer service and start running a business with proper management. It's not smart to assume. Credits don't cover mistakes. Lesson learned!"
