"Slow service, and no self-serve cups. I'm a Sip Club member, so I can grab my morning coffee and get in and out quickly. Not anymore. They have removed the self-serve cups, so you have to request them at the counter. That would be fine if there wereever any staff at the counter. I've waited up to 5-10 minutes just to get a cup, when there was no one else in line. Staff justwalking past me, doing other things, but no one manning the registers. What used to be a time saver is now costing me time. I'mdone."
