"Recently called in for a pickup order, lady on the phone had us repeat the order probably 5 times.. we even spoke slower so she would understand. It wasn’t a complicated order either, 5 things. Well we pick it up and drive home only to find out we were missing things. Should have checked prior to leaving but you’d assume it wouldn’t be so complicated. Food was okay but I probably won’t be returning. Paid for stuff that we never got, and live to far to make the drive back."
