"This place is not the worst nor the best. There wait time is unacceptable and annoying. The shaved ice is full of syrup flavor and not even enjoyable anymore. The fruit in general is not good. The mango is always hard and I throw them away. And I repeat ALWAYS HARD. I had bananas from here the other day and they were old and black."

"This place is adorable and the service is amazing. The gentleman working today was so upbeat and friendly, and made sure to ask us before we left if we enjoyed ourselves (which we did) and he responded mission accomplished! I came here with my grandma and we had a lovely time. I got the passion fruit black tea which was delicious, my grandma got an affogato that she loved and we split the cheese berry tart- I was only supposed to have a bite but it was so good I couldn 't stop myself! We will definitely be returning"

"Great old school place for some of or all your classics. Very affordable too. The is just what you need if you want something fast but tired of the fastfood chain restaurants. You can take the whole family and spend about $40, that's including getting a few frosty treats too if you know how to budget your order. I've been coming here since I was in elementary, mid eighties. It's changed very little, a few parking lot, patio improvements. It's a four star, could be a five, in my opinion, if the owner were to invest in sharpening up the place, not change the building but just fix up what it needs to shine again like new."

"large traditional Italian dishes and beautiful portions for good price! we order lasagne and ravioli. parking: lots of parking space and while a bit busy for dinner we have a table for a party of four in under 15 minutes, and eating came under 30 minutes. a great Italian, classic Italian food."

"My family 'loves ' the breakfast burrito here. You pick what goes in it- eggs, cheese, potato, sausage or bacon is the standard. They probably go here at least 1 time a week (that I know of). Turns out alot of my sons friends go here too so it 's not a secret for Vistans. Open 24 hours, always predictable good food. Does get a little busy late night because most everything 's closed. Breakfast burritos anytime."

"Had Graduation for my sister Madison at ciaos and it was totally awesome cause when you haven’t seen your friends for a while during the pandemic and they arrived there’s nothing like a good Italian meal to eat and catching up. In my opinion ciaos is good place to eat and to have party’s and weddings , Susie is the best host and she will take good care of everything."

"I just tried this place for the first time with my 2 friends from Canada, my grandma and my 2 year old son. We dined family-style, we all scooped food from the larger dishes into smaller plates and everything was fresh, hot and delicious. The dandan noodles were amazing for everyone but my grandma because she can't handle spicy but we loved it. We also had shrimp fried rice, cucumber salad and chicken lo mein and it was a lot of food, we definitely ordered way too much. I also got a big puffy dumpling or something that had pork in it but it wasn't my favorite part of the meal. The homemade egg rolls (maybe they were spring rolls) were incredible! They served us pretty quickly which is really nice when you're dining with a toddler. This restaurant is simple, the staff is very nice and we will definitely be going back soon."

"state-of-the-art Mediterranean cuisine with a great atmosphere and magnificent seating outdoors! shak sits at the end of the main street in the inner city of vista and is positiw abuzz with fun atmosphere. the outside seats benefit from a beautiful brise through the opposite with magnificent view of the road and the park on the way. We have a half order of hummus to begin that was more than enough for both of us. this came with groundless homemade pita triangle. I had the Shawarma-Rind combo for my main, which was beautifully spiced and came as a bowl, pita wrap or salat. the crunchy sear on the bark has really added a beautiful texture to add the flavor. I got a red eye to drink, which tequila was garnished with granatapfelsirup and with a kadiated salbe leaf. as soon as I mixed it, it was quite refreshing on a hot summer day."

I almost asked for my money back because I can't imagine those employees using them and then handling food. That's so gross. At least clean them!But again the pizza was amazing!!"

"Would have given it 4 or 5 stars but my girlfriend's dish fell short. I had the tri-tip with mashed potatoes and baked beans. Loved them all. Didn't even use the barbecue sauce because the meat was tender and flavorful enough blended with the sides. The potatoes tasted homemade with a bit of green onion (nice move! And hidden in the beans were luscious tender chunks of pork. She got the brisket with sides of cole slaw and roasted corn. As someone else mentioned, the brisket was a little overdone and tougher than you would expect. The slaw was average and the corn, although flavorful, finished dry. Lastly, the corn muffin I doused in butter added a satisfying sweet balance to it all. We'll go back and try it again but probably pass on the brisket."

"Very disappointing. It was kind of a special occasion for us, so we wanted to splurge on something special. What we got was just OK. Her fish was way overcooked and, even though it was listed under Pasta did not come with pasta, so they charged us $6.00 for it. My pasta carbonara came with big, hard chunks of pancetta that were hard and dry. The sauces were just OK. Even though were the only table occupied at the time, it took a LONG time to order and receive our food.This place proves my contention that there is NOTHING you can do to a plate of spaghetti to make it worth $30.00. Way overpriced."

"Great to see that these two are open here in a Vietnamese and Chinese restaurant. There should be something easy for everyone and most foods can be ordered able to be divided size. The Pho has noodles with the right strength. Egg and spring rolls and dumplings taste and feel fresh. The fried rice can be made with several options of meat, mixing or none. The service staff is extremely attentive and friendly. I could go on, but it would be easier if you just tried. My wife and I somehow came twice in the same week, it's just so good compared to others in the area."

"I've never had these donuts before my daughter brought some home for us. A coworker of hers frequents here on their way to work. So they brought in some for their office and they let her bring home the leftovers. I had the jelly filled, my son had the Oreo and husband had the chocolate covered with sprinkles. We all gave it two thumbs up. Now I'm thinking of getting up at 4am to experience a super fresh batch AND I'm NOT a morning person!...Or maybe I'll just send someone, in my family that is, to pick up some more for us. I've a very sweet tooth and these were good and yet not overly sweet. It was very yummy and it definitely hit the spot!"
