"On the return trip from Lake Wylie, make sure to stop at Coffee Pit Stop! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You absolutely have to try a generous slice of apple pie available at the counter! The coffee they serve is excellent; however, the apple pie had a rather soggy crust. I ended up just enjoying the top crust with the apples, which was delicious! The staff also suggested checking out the Waffle House for a variety of cakes, but breakfast is their specialty. The manager had a limited crew, but my very nice server, who was also cooking on the grill, took care of the counter. I made sure to leave her a cash tip at the register. Overall, my coffee was fantastic!"
