"Went there for my sisters birthday. Had a reservation at 645, but wasn’t actually able to be seated until 725 due to how busy it was (understandable). They opened tables in the back room to accommodate and offered first round of drinks for free for the wait, which was definitely appreciated. The back room was very cold, and they stated we just needed to wait as they opened the room for us and heat was just put on, again.. understandable. Service was very slow, as busy restaurants get, but waiting to just get our first round of free drinks took another 20 min at the table. When it came time for dinner, we ordered family style lobster ravioli, penne all vodka, and chicken for the table (or so we thought). What was brought out were individual plates of those 3. We each got 1 ravioli, a spoon full of penne, and a tiny cut of chicken. We waited so long for the food, that at this point my sister didn’t want to make a complaint and would “make it up with dessert”. We sat for a while, at this point with our jackets on because the heat never kicked in effectively, and waited for the server. Assuming the restaurant was still swamped, we were very patient. When we went inside to use the bathroom, we saw at this point that the restaurant was pretty empty. By the time we did get the server, my sister just wanted to leave. We ended up eating snacks at her house at about 10Pm because we were all stilL hungry. So disappointed.I will say though, the tasting of food i did receive was delicious and I just wish we could’ve received more of it and better attention. My sister doesn’t normally go out because of her kids, and she hyped this place up being she’s been here before. The first thing she said in the car was “sorry the restaurant was such a bust”."
