"This restaurant is terrible. It is obvious that management does not care. I am attaching my receipt and a picture of a burrito, although it is hard to call it that. We visited twice in an attempt to find a drink that was not flat. Unfortunately, all the sodas we tried from the machine were flat. I even paid extra for cheese and sauce because, as a customer for over 30 years, I have noticed that Taco Bell is cutting corners for money. It is clear that the quality is declining. I paid $20 for something that a child could make better. It is disappointing to see the lack of effort put into making a decent meal. Additionally, I should not have to pay extra to ensure that employees do their job properly. Look at how thin this burrito is, despite paying extra for it. Overall, there is no pride or love in the food at this restaurant."
