"I have dined at Haus Wilms many times over the years. I returned recently and have to say that the food, atmosphere and hospitality were even better than I remembered. Set just off a quiet road in the countryside Haus Wilms is both elegant and inviting. The chef's menu was perfect with great attention to details and fresh ingredients. I especially recommend visiting in spring when both local asparagus and strawberries are in season. The meal pairs a large serving of asparagus with new potatoes and hollandaise sauce. Dessert features strawberries and vanilla ice."
