Upon calling to complain about the missing burger, I was met with a level of unprofessionalism that left me utterly speechless. The representative on the phone seemed disinterested and even apathetic about my concern. It's as if they've become immune to customer complaints due to their constant mistakes. This attitude is a glaring reflection of the restaurant's lack of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
