"A bit overrated and overpriced. We had both steak options and they were just okay, the tenderloin was super salty(the grilled potato bread was best part of dish), the gaucho steak is a cheaper cut but had good flavor. The desserts were the highlight for me, really tasty options! Cool vibe inside and outside there?s a bar/patio area that?s technically a different space."

"I’m new to Webster Groves and have been driving by and wanting to visit this cafe. My family stopped in for breakfast and coffee this morning and loved the vibe. The coffee and pastries were delicious. The workers at the counter were very kind and pleasant. However, we observed several interactions with one employee (apparently the owner) and other customers. She was very rude! When we got up to leave we assumed they cleaned the tables off (first timers here). From where we were sitting we saw no place to put dishes. While we were getting into the car- another new customer came up to us and told us that the owner said “ well I guess those people are too good to bus their own tables”. This was also her first time at the cafe and she informed us that after that interaction she will never be back. You have a cute shop with a great vibe, but YOU, ma’am, sucked all the good energy out of it!! So sad! As a owner you should be making your guests feel welcome. After reading some of the comments on here, it’s clear that this has been an ongoing issue with you. I think you need to work on your customer service skills."

"on 12/13 I ordered the baker's dozen box (which highlighted in the online description as below) said it came with 1 tub of simple glamour, and 1 tub of garden veggie shmear. it also says they feel free to replace their beats in store, which I stressed in the description. I come to the pick-up table and see that I got both smooth beats, so I kindly asked the person to go if I could get my veggie slime that it should come. then she tells me the next time that I have to call the load because he doesn't come with the veggie. she then took one of the simple beats (unopened and still going on the table) and threw him away. She said, as I did not foresee that she must throw it away now. When I spoke to the manager and pointed out that I was right, she was also rude."

"Had a nice relaxing, peaceful, family coffee environment kind of morning! I didn't have time to take cute pictures of our yummy bake goods because they were so delicious. I highly recommend picking up a homemade pop tart when you go next! The service was fast employee's were so kind helpful since it was our first time. The building is so gorgeous has so much character, plus the green house outside was fun to explore at any age! Definitely felt like being at the botanical garden without the massive crowds!!"

"Soooooo happy to be able to come here after the location in the grove closed. I came for brunch and couldn't make a decision because everything sounded so amazing. Ended up sharing a few things and I have to say the one that stood out was the spicy chicken sandwich (can't remember what it's called). I'm thrilled to be able to get their veggie burger in the future because it's probably the best I've had in St Louis (from the grove location).Fast and friendly service, good atmosphere, and delicious food. I'm already looking forward to going back.Just an fyi at the time of this posting they do not serve alcohol so no mimosas for brunch! Coffee was good though.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options and they aren't just an after thought, they're delicious. The veggie burger is amazing whether or not you're vegetarian."

"Visiting from Seattle and stopped here with some friends for a drink and apps. We immediately found a spot at the bar just before the dinner rush great experience. The cheese curds we’re out of this world and when I asked what whiskey they had for an old fashioned the first thing the bartender said was Woodford Reserve which is my favorite. The bartender and staff were very friendly even while busy and additionally we ordered burgers and fries which were also cooked to perfection."

"My search for the best Thai in STL is finally over. This restaurant has made my husband a converted curry lover. We went twice in one week put two tables together and ordered dish after dish to try none of which disappointed. The mossaman curry is lifechanging, there is no better way to describe it! "we had a few breakfast burritos and they were delicious! the atmosphere is very cool. it looks like an old-fashioned food business with regals that reach to the deck full of food items. the bakery had some delicious looking items and they had a lot of fun, delicious items in the big cool cases on the side. the sitting on the back were like an old-fashioned ice shop. it is a fun place with many great eating options that they can eat there or take home and cook themselves. they also have a large selection of different flavors. it is a great place for a casual breakfast or lunch or for picking up food shops."

"I wish I would have taken a picture before scarfing everything down but it has to be some of the best sushi in STL! Everything tasted fresh and it was delicious. The sauce for the fried shrimp tempura particularly was my favorite sauce and the American roll was something new I will drfinetly order again. I have to visit this place in person."

"Nice store, I got some roasted cauliflower from the deli and I liked it. I also tried one of those packaged vegan cookies the oatmeal raisin one). I would buy both of those again, especially the cookies because they have a variety of flavors. It's a good place to stop in and grab a few things or get some prepared food to sit at the tables and eat. Good location too, right in Old Webster."
