"The food was package perfectly. Almost picture perfect! However they sent me the wrong sauced wings. The sauce was delicious but spicy. I never wrote a review for door dash but the way I received my food and the food quality was so good I just had to spread the word."

"The chefs at this restaurant have improved greatly compared to previous years. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there is an issue with random people taking orders over the phone, which can be frustrating. On the upside, a kind young lady helped me find the right deal and was both pleasant and patient. The food I ordered was delicious. The chefs really know what they are doing - the pizza was the best I have ever had!"

"Ordered CHICKEN Alfredo and an eggplant parmigiana with EXTRA spaghetti for a pick up order and they didn?t give me ANY chicken OR my extra spaghetti that I PAID for!!! I called to make a complaint and they told me there?s nothing they could do about itbecause I already paid for the food. The Alfredo it?s self was extremely dry (also zero chicken) and so were was the eggplantparmigiana. Terrible customer service. I made the mistake of tipping them $10 before I left with my order. Worst $60 I?ve everspent on food in my life. I will never be returning here and I SERIOUSLY DONT RECOMMEND coming here unless you don?t care abouta messed up order."

"The food is quite good if you like the cuisine, I find fried foods tasteless though, so don't go by my a fickle taste buds. I truly enjoyed the key lime pie and the hush puppies are the best I've ever had. Service was amazing and the atmosphere is that of a popular small town eaterie, it's comforting and unassuming."

"The salad was very fresh and delicious. The pulled pork nachos were really good. The bbq sauce on the nachos was a rasberry based bbq sauce. It was ok a little too sweet but ok. The mixed vegetables were really good and buttery. The fish sandwich was excellent. You get a lot for what you pay for. The server was really nice. I highly recommend the fish sandwich."

"I ordered the app. taken and checked in. When I arrived there, I waited 10 minutes until I finally got my drink. I just ordered a drink and it took 10 minutes to make it. I could see in the load and the reason why they did not even check the machine to check the online orders. the restaurant was uncircumcised and they didn't even give me my fruits in a drink. I ordered a kirschenkoks with obstkirschen"

"I'm not sure what has happened to the food at Palmer's recently. The prices have increased, but the quality has declined. The pizzas hardly have any cheese on them anymore, and forget about ordering extra cheese—it's like they're serving rushed and undercooked food now. The young ladies who answer the phone seem annoyed by your call, making the experience even less pleasant. I think I’ll take a break and try out their competitors. It’s been a good run, but it’s time to move on."

"Stopped here for lunch after getting blood work next door. I really enjoyed the food. The wonton soup was delicious, and there was enough general tsao chicken for me to take home. And the spring roll was nice and crispy. I should have ordered two. My waitress wasn't exactly rude, just quiet and standoffish. I won't hold it against her because maybe it was a bad morning. I'm just glad I got to eat some crab ragoons."

"Oh my goodness. Ordered chicken parmesan soup For lunch. Service took so long, i had to get it to go never looked at it). When I got home , i was shocked to see penne pasta in a brownish liquid that smelled like bottled liquid smoke) and shredded BEEF. I heated it up anyway and tried a bite of the nastiest tasting stuff I ever ate. Made my husband try it, and he spit it out. Wouldnt even give it to my dogs. Spent $3.50!!! Picture shows crushed crackers in it."

"I ordered some Birria tacos, super queso dip (which I never got they didn?t put it in my bag when the order was picked up by my daughter) and some sopapillas (which is pictured on their menu) u see they clearly look completely different from the photo on their menu) I was charged almost $6 for them. I called back immediately to see why my order was incomplete and was told to call beck and speak to either Eddie or Julio I did today. Whom ever I spoke with was rude and hung up on me because I said at this point I want my money refunded I no longer wish to patronize this business which this is the second time I?ve had an issue with this establishment!"

"Wanted to give a 3.5, I've gone there twice first time I had the Ribs and House sausage. The 2nd time I had a slice beef Sandwich and I'll Break down each food.Ribs 3.5 To me ribs either need to have good season or a good smoke to them. Whatever bit of season and smoke these ribs had were masked by the amount of black pepper that was on it. I like ribs with black pepper but there has to be some other flavors underneath it. I also believe they could have been cooked a bit longer. Had a bit too much bite and looked a bit undercooked.Sausage 2 It simply was not to my taste. Others might like it but it kinda reminded me Chorizo... maybe. Bit too much chili powder.Slice Beef Brisket 3 It was tender, no smoke ring (but that doesn't count for anything) It was too salty and I like salt. The combination of Salt and pepper and whatever else was on it made it actually taste like a Hamburger. But I wasn't there for a burger. The pickles were old and they could have done better with onions. if you have time maybe get some sweet onions from the farmers market.Service 5 people were friendly, food didn't take long. I really like the atmosphere.BBQ Sauce sweet runny sauce not bad not greatI'm most likely going to remove this review. It popped up and realized I made some errors and edited so it made it seem like a new review. I Have been back again when you all were located near the crust crumb and I still feel the same. But I will remove most this till I have a chance to go to your new location."

"Despite some negative reviews, I decided to try the garlic butter parmesan and Steel City wings at this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were delicious! I will certainly be ordering wings from here again in the future."

"Me and my boyfriend went here to grab some food from coming back from shopping and noticed this pho place. It looked very sad from the outside and not so good. My boyfriend said to give it a shot. We walked in and it was a mess and looked dirty. We had to yell to get someone's attention. I really wanted to leave but instead we stayed. I should have listened to my head. Terrible food and terrible service. only good thing was the sprite which was in a can. Felt sick to my stomach after. SAVE YOURSELF!"
