"Re reviewing this location due to a great dinner experience with my family today. The waitress was very friendly and although there was a little waiting for the food, it was good to wait. I have the Avocado Western Omelet. There were not sodburns like the regular western omelets do (because of the green paprika). Great coffee and great extra crispy hashbrowns. I have to ask for extra crispy. My mother got Alaskan Cod she said tasted like fair food and she loved it. I tasted it and it was great."

"I love Schlotzskys and have eaten 4 different in the USA. This is not different from the rest; absolutely amazing. Get the pick two with The Original without olives and a bowl of soup. Speaking of, you should have broccoli and cheese soup every day. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the potato, but this broccoli is fantastic. The staff here is great. You're always funny talking to us and you're always gonna joke with us. Kudos to management and crew; Work done well."

"This was my first visit to this restaurant, even though my family had been here before. The meals were delicious for everyone. I tried the Irishman burger and the 'rasher' was a fantastic addition. My wife enjoyed the lower east side melt she ordered. The service was excellent. The only downside was that the acoustics made it difficult to hear our conversation at our booth."

"$17 for an XL (the size of a large at most places) all pepperoni and half sausage pizza that I would pay for again and again. Unfortunately, I don't live near by to do so but this pizza was made fast and was very good. If your a cheese lover and order yours extra or double cheese , you might want to think about NOT doing that here. Plenty of cheese on the pizza to begin with. Good toppings , good crust. Only thing I'd say is would have liked to have it cooked a little longer. Service was excellent."

"The woman working at the drive-thru was exceptionally polite and professional—her voice brought a smile to my face. The food was delicious! However, you did forget to include my hot sauce. "Between the huge selection of flavors and blows, it would be difficult to create a yogurt bowl that does not cost and weighs a ton. It's very easy to stare at everything, unsure what you get. I recommend the red velvet with a waffle bowl. And nothing goes better with yogurt than with sprinkles, although with such a massive choice of blows and yogurts, you can really do everything your heart desires. Location, the staff is nothing but friendly and the store is as clean as possible. I would recommend Menchie's for all your yogurt needs."

"the atmosphere was great! the staff was super friendly, very attentive and helpful. in any case, they had their customer service capabilities at the point. eating was not bad....but not the biggest too. the pinned bark on the rueben was a bit hard. the wings had not rubbed off exactly enough dry. but eating was served hot, and the staff there did a great task to ensure that drinks were filled, and we were asked several times how our meal was. I'd probably be eating again."

"This is my favorite restaurant for the last three years. I was there where I opened the day, and I came back more often than I can count. It wouldn't have felt right if I hadn't come to a last meal on the final day. BRIM has some of the best food I've ever tried. Your menu was always sports a new dish or drink, and never disappointed. The staff, from servers to cooks and bartenders, was always friendly and went the extra mile for their guests. I will miss BRIM; I really hope they will open up somewhere else in the future."

"I met a friend here for breakfast this morning and everything was wonderful. Cracker Barrel has the best pancakes! The bacon, eggs and fried apples were also delicious and hot. But the truly outstanding part of our meal was our server, Ruben. He heard everything we wanted, expected our needs and kindly invited us back. We will definitely be there!"

"We are a group of local widows, 9-18 members, that meet for lunch. In February we went to the Chagrin River Diner and it had the best service of any restaurant we have eaten at to date. Our server took the orders and we each got the food we requested. Our drinks were filled up on request. Everyone enjoyed their meal and I plan to go back and try other items on the menu! I will ask our planner to continue to use this diner for our lunches. We were comfortably seated, they allow separate checks which is most important in a group such as ours. The service was flawless and the food was delicious. The only thing I would suggest to the cook is to use less salt, especially in the seafood bisque."

"Quaint unique dining. Very understaffed so food took a long time to make. If you have a very long lunch hour or the day off it?s a great lunch spot if you like tacos and burritos. "The restaurant was very busy the day we went, so we expected our food to be a while. The waitress was really nice and brought out some biscuits and apple butter as an appetizer. The service was good, the food was not so good. We both ordered the glazed chicken with bacon. The chicken was burnt and the bacon was raw. The glaze was good. The sides of carrots and hash brown casserole were cold. I didn't look at the bill until we were paying it and noticed they charged us .50 each for 2 little soufle cups of apple butter. I asked the lady who was checking us out about it and wow, she was very very rude and said that it says it on the menu and it wasn't anything new. I said they never charged us before and she said so what. Now I was buying a jar of apple butter to take home. I guess they needed that 1.00 more than I did. Now I remember why it's been a long time since we've been to a Cracker Barrel. I don't think we'll be going back to the one in Willoughby Ohio again."
