"My little foodies and I visited Winter Springs Seafood Station for our first and last time today. Kudos to friendly service but food quality and freshness are the worse for my experience. Snowcrab legs small size and the kind that's been soaked in salty brine...cheap grade you commonly get at local Chinese buffets in central Florida. Snowcrab legs at Mikado Japanese buffet is much fresher Crawfish if you are like me, used to eating LA Cajun style boiled live crawfish quality, then this is not the place to go. They use dead frozen crawfish. Texture of live frozen crawfish is still better than long dead crawfish that's then frozen and cooked. Fried chicken wings over cooked, a bit too dry and tough for my daughter who doesn't eat seafood to eat and enjoy. Corn they used the frozen corn on the cobs, so don't expect fresh corn texture here. If you have been to Melbourne Seafood Station, Winter Springs would be a terrible disappointment."

"I frequent this location as it’s by my home therefore giving this franchise thousands as an avid coffee drinker.It’s usually a pleasure and delight however today, I had a very disappointing experience.We placed a $42 order and only had hundreds on me as I just did payroll for my business but Cole refused to let Aaliyah break it for us because he “doesn’t have enough change” which is bogus as the amount of revenue this franchise makes.So we tipped Aaliyah the $58 for her wonderful service and her ability to try and go above and beyond for her guests.What a turn off by Cole’s “management” as the objective is to make your client happy and return.Aaliyah has customer service in her and you’re lucky to have her. "Visit this restaurant. Alexander our server was amazing! Excellent service! We ate inside and the restaurant is cozy. It is nice that they give the opportunity to eat either outside on the screened terrace with fans or inside with the A/C. My husband and I shared a big handcuffed pizza and we had a petty salad each. The pizza was fine, and it wasn't worth $25.00 to calculate them. The pizza sauce was a tasting. Usually Italian restaurants make spicy, tasteful pizza sauce. That wasn't the case. Flippers makes a better fresh pizza for less money and flippers in Oviedo is a cozy restaurant. We also did not like to charge customers an additional fee for using a credit card. They call it a Non Cash Adjustment Fee. I haven't seen this practice before. It should be illegal. Most customers pay with a credit card. It is interesting to find restaurants sniffy ways to Nickle and Dime customers. You should disclose customers prior to your order before you order something that if you pay with a credit card, they charge an additional fee on your bill to use it instead of paying with cash. Basically, it seems that they pay the customers their merchant exchange rate that use their credit card as payment. It would be better to increase prices throughout the board instead of stacking on fees for using a credit card, because the food is too expensive anyway. What is an additional 5% increase? Based on the food and the prices my husband and I decided we didn't come back. Food is too expensive. The cheapest Entrée is $19.00. The petty salads are $9.00, and the portion size is small for $9.00. The only thing we experienced was the service. We are not interested in paying for food that is not worth the high prices, especially as the economy goes in the wrong direction."

"Our waitress seemed like she was in a rush the entire time and was not very welcoming(this was our first time eating here). The magority of the interaction with our waitress was just awkward. Kitchen staff looked miserable while they made our pizza. One cook dropped something nearby us which made a incredibly loud noise in a quiet restaurant cook seemed to not even care which gave me and my wife the impression they were unhappy to be there. Also, for a restaurant that prides itself on authenticity, I was surprised peroni beer was not on draft during our visit. There's a great chance I won't visit this restaurant again."

"This afternoon I got to experience this restaurant. It was a great time to try this place out. The food that I ordered was a Blackberry Mint alcoholic drink and Nachos Supremos. It was delicious! They also give you complimentary chips and salsa. The service was good and the waitress was very patient and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was very pleasant there was also an outside patio area which was very spacious and had a lot of seating. Overall it was a wonderful lunch choice and I plan on returning. That's all."

"I've tried a hibachi dinner with chicken and Chilean seabass. The chef's show was fun, food tasted expectedly good, the service was prompt, and hot sake well, hot. Happy hour ends at 6:30pm and offers some very good deals on drinks and hibachi. It's a bit of a drive for me, but well worth the actual hibachi table and a show (many Japanese restaurants offer hibachi dinner cooked in the kitchen)."

"I have to mention Doug this morning and I made a short trip to our local McDonald's where it was a zoo. Ordering lines of people, cars fill the parking lot, either parking or go through the take-out and limited menus that can offer each morning of the product they can offer for the day. There are no frills no milk for my coffee, no ice cream in the last days, no oat flakes, etc. BUT MAN OH MAN, THERE ARE SO MANY SMILES!!! The staff here was so friendly and PATIENT during this long week. Everyone is waiting for the power to be restored, and this morning we can actually see that so many have their back because the lines are now minimal. JOB WELL DONE, MCDONALD's STAFF AT WINTER SPRINGS TOWN CENTER!!!"

"The restaurant never received my reservation thru the Open Table app. I called the day prior to add on to my reservation and that is when I found out they didn't have it. Good thing I called instead of updating online. The restaurant was quick to remedy the situation. When we arrived we quickly learned we had to lean into each other to be heard. Once the rest of our party arrived, and the restaurant filled up, we had to ask to turn the music down. The food was great but the service was okay. Our server was more interested in flirting with another employee and we had to seek his attention out several times. Somewhat annoying. The food was great and for that reason we will be back, the ambiance we could take or leave it."
