"It is 15.08.2013. Heaven. Festival in Bavaria. in all Bavaria? No, only in the predominantly Catholic communities. but these are many and würzburg is part of it. Unfortunately, the rest of the world does not care what is going on in Bavaria. better yet, many do not know that we have celebrated a day, and so it was again a day, a Thursday that should be a feast, but none was. Work in abundance, annoying, problems... the entire stress palette. then it was evening and the efforts of the day should be rewarded with a supper. the decision had already been made in the afternoon for Mexicans and a table has already been ordered.... the selected place is called hacienda mexicana and is located high above würzburg next to the France. the France was once visible from far to the highest building of Würzburg. Today, unfortunately, the transmitters for telephone etc. are much higher – and more ugly. hacienda mexicana has been there for over 20 years. in these years I have eaten several times, always very satisfied, but due to the distance the visits there were never to govern. But today again, more embarrassing because the favoritesjugo has vacation, but still likes. After almost 30 minutes drive downhill and uphill, almost like in the Alps, we arrived at 19.00 on time. Parking is not very many. only one was still free. the walk from the road to the entrance of the local leads through the beer garden, which has been visited well today. the weather also played. in the local itself it was not yet very full. so we could order very quickly. as an appetizer a Mexican bean soup and once Afteros con queso was ordered. both under 5 € and pretty good. but we had let this fall out at lunch and were accordingly hungry. as main dishes were ordered a little later: Burrito picante (drilled pork fillet cut into strips, fried wobbles, zucchini, jalapenos (chili sharp), cream ampignons and bean must filled in a large flour bottle, with tomato sauce and cheese, salad bedding cooked. the salad insert was unfortunately only a very small supplement. so small that you hardly have the salad on the fork. the whole dish was very sharp, according to my taste. a beer with 0.5 l was just enough. la hacienda (an enchilada filled with bark and cheese, a small burrito filled with delicate pork, paprika and tweepers, with Mexican rice and salad leaves) the dish was anything but sharp, but was found for good. Salate supplement as before. steak pan (a hip steak from the grill, dressed on poked roasted potatoes, garnished with kidney beans, zucchini, corn and wobbles, with crimp butter). the steak was ordered “made” that was served little with 160 g. was very hot with pan and lady was thrilled. the daughter had filled a burrito with bark chop. it was too sharp, the eyes were washed and the contact lenses were in danger. She didn't eat anything because it was a dessert. the prices for the main food were therefore between € 12 and € 15; more precisely, no more can be specified, as the ticket was unfortunately not taken along. Why don't you take the ticket? Forget it? No, it was annoying and disappointing. we wanted to go to dinner again and so helado con kahlua (Vanilleeis with Mexican coffee liqueur and saw) were served twice churritos (Mexical desserts made from brittle wheat flour tortilla strips, with honey, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla ice cream) and once baked ice cream (Vanilleeis was wrapped my dessert and I was very nice to go up. we waited, spoke, saw and waited, and spoke... after approx. 30 minutes, I once asked the running service if we would soon get our dessert. she asked and came with the disappointing and annoying news that it would take at least 15 minutes. that was then decided too long and too much! was it because you were not prepared for the very good visit of the local at the party? or was it because vanilla ice cream cannot be kicked? Anyway, we were very disappointed, paid and left and left recognition. Not more than 3 stars this time."
