"Our waitress took our food and drink orders and then we never saw her again. When our food was brought out by another staff member, I noticed something incorrect about my order, I was told they would look into it, but I never heard back. One of the dishes in my order was cold as well. We had long ago finished our drinks and water, nobody ever asked if we'd like another round. We finished our meals and the dirty dishes sat there for the remainder of our stay. Meanwhile everyone in our section was attentively waited on by their respective servers. A half hour went by and when it became clear that we had been forgotten, we decided that we didn't want another round or dessert and that we just wanted to get out of there. I had to get up and ask someone by the kitchen for our bill. When our waitress finally did arrive, she admitted she forgot about us. Your establishment has good food, we've been there multiple times, but I'm probably never coming back because of this experience."
