"We were more satisfied when the restaurant was in the small old shop, but our satisfaction dropped to zero when it moved to the larger shop on the main street. Delivery orders are fine with no issues, but the experience dining in is completely different. The service is lacking, they are hesitant to bring a tray or accept card payments, and we have had to wait patiently for our orders multiple times. The last time we ordered lahmacun, it was surprisingly small. The person at the cash register was unpleasant and claimed that cards could not be accepted, which is concerning for health reasons."
