"Went to Acapulco for the first time and the service was terrible. This restaurant customer service was not great at all. Went on Saturday with my family. The waitress that we had did not follow up with our table to see if we needed anything through out our service time. It took some time for us to get our drinks. And when our drinks was brought to our table, the waitress told us that the restaurant may be out of straws. Our drinks sat on the table while the ice was melting the soda down. While the staff was looking for straw in their storage area. We had to go to our car to get our own straws to use at this restaurant. This does not make any sense when the company charge the customers addit...

The Acapulco Restaurant at Marina Pacifica is a consistent value and we very much enjoy our Monday night group gatherings there. Our server Jose is always very accommodating and also proactive with all of our needs and requests.

This place was absolutely delicious. I recommend this place to anyone. Service is the best I ever had. The waitress Evelyn was amazing. Great attitude with the best smile ever. I will definitely come again to this awesome place!

you come here for a good time, not a fast time. if you don’t mind waiting a bit, the food and atmosphere is amazing, the waiters are running around doing their best. Great place and food though, and affordable! margarita mondays are a hit!
