Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Downtown Los Angeles

Awesome theater in the heart of LA. Easy to get to, to park, and overall find. Guest parking is level 4 and above, and the cinema can be found via level 4 and the rear elevator on the side. Just follow the signs. The interior is exceptional, with old-time cinema posters in electric furnishings and style. The lounge chair seating is comfortable, and the staff bring you your food and or drinks to you while being as discrete as possible. Pay at the end of the movie. This was a great experience, I'm definitely coming back.

Easy to book tickets in advance. Lovely decor. Friendly front office and waitstaff, offering a great selection of movies with the worst food at the highest prices. We sent back our meal, the fries were cold and over cooked, the burger was undercooked and cold. 15 minutes later, we got the same meal (re done).. if possible it was worse than the first.Movie over, was a little shocked that the inedible meal was still on the bill. A little trip to the movies turns into a rather expensive ordeal… I’ve loved other Alamo locations. It’s just a shame that this one didn’t even come close.

First Time Review How fun to have an actual meal while watching a movie!You check in with the cashier at the Alamo Drafthouse and then ride the escalator up to the movie theater. This has been here for quite some time. How did I finally experience this at age 52??? I need to get out more!The bathroom stalls are unisex and an open sink area to wash your hands. I'm ok with all this found this so fascinating. Each stall is your own private toilet room. Tiled floor to ceiling.
