"I attempted to order a simple sandwich that, according to the menu was available. However, according to the owner, there would be an additional charge for what I requested. When I pointed out that the menu indicated otherwise, she hung up on me! I called back and asked to speak with her again to complete my order, I was told that she does not want to speak me. I have NEVER been treated like that, especially by an owner of an establishment. I deal with a lot of people in my line of work, and I guarantee that their sales WILL decrease."
