"This place just continues to disappoint. Called them to inquire why my order hasn 't arrived after almost an hour and the response was that it will be another 30 minutes and 1.5 hours is Very Normal . No apologies offered. And the 20% tip is charged upfront for terrible service! Very disappointed, Pizza showed up almost two hours after was ordered and was cold and burnt. I called the store to complain and was told they’ll give us a $20 store credit on $100 order. Totally unacceptable from start to finish. Done with Amicis San Mateo."
