"I ordered takeout from Amrit, as it was close to my hotel, I luv Indian cuisine, even more when it's good! Order was ready in 15 minutes as promised. I got the Murgh Tikka (grilled chicken appetizer Chicken Madrasi. Both were packaged exceptionally well for take out (no chance of leaking : and very tasty. The Madrasi had a slight kick of spice from the curry, as advertised. My one minor opportunity for improvement is on the naan way too crispy (see pic for my liking, as I prefer more soft a tiny bit chewy. Otherwise I highly recommend!"

Indian cuisine is one of my favorites however the food in Amrit is equivalent to cafeteria quality. It is a very popular spot and probably is good value, it just cannot be considered suitable to an experienced palate. Sorry guys, time to lift your game.

This is a really awesome and very large restaurant where you can sit either inside or outside private tables. We came here on a Sunday night and received it right away and staff is very friendly, efficient and accommodating. They speak perfect German and English communication easy. The food was delicious. We will be coming back again!

Great place for a nice lunch, super fast service, great food and very friendly staff. We ordered from both the lunch and main menu and I have to say the speed of food service from order to the table was just amazing. To top it all we were offered espresso on the house at the end of our meal. Restaurant was busy when We came in but the turn around is quick, would recommend this place if your are looking for a nice Indian meal in town .
