Food was good and so was the service. My grandma complained that it was too cold inside. And the men's bathroom had no toilet paper.

"Our first time here and it was the BEST! We were only in Rome for 2 nights and had to go back to Sugarbeets again the 2nd night. And, it was every bit as good again. Wonderfully, friendly service, a great menu and outstanding cuisine. The steak tips and salmon piccata were both outstanding; cheese curds too!! Creative and wonderful from start to finish. "Best pizza shop in rome ny by far. Discs are double in size that no one else compare with them..have very friendly fast service.. carol makes the best homemade soup evryday fresh from scratches.....open 11 to 10 pm each night, but sundays 12-8 pm. Should be 10 stars to put by just gtting chace 5 ...so yes I x it is around 2...."

"It?s Tex-Mex so obviously I wasn?t expecting authentic Mexican food. Ordered the steak rice bowl and it had 0 flavor. Only ate it cause I was with my company group. If I come again maybe I?ll give it another chance but as of now the steak was just blandwith no flavor, didn?t really taste salt or anything, the rice was just okay, and the ?guac? was some weird paste. Had to drownthe bowl in their mild salsa to get anything out of it. Took off the cheese (American cheese), pico, and sour cream. Maybe theyrely on the flavor based on those but in my opinion it shouldn?t."

"I was looking for frozen custard and finally found it here! for those with a sensitivity to lactose I found that I can eat frozen custard! and it tastes really great....try the salted carmel....my favorites! I just found another one and I'm going to go back before I'm leaving the opposite!"

"Great atmosphere, mediocre service.I had the cheese ravioli, my wife had a cheese pizza.I have never seen such huge ravioli. At least 4 inches in diameter. The plate had only 3 ravioli on it, but that was plenty. The red sauce was nothing special.We were warned that because the pizza is cooked in a wood fired oven, parts could be a little charred, and that was true parts were. My wife enjoyed it, but the piece she shared with me wasn't anything special.The service left something to be desired. Once the food was served, we didn't see our server again until it was time to pay our bill."
