"Our visit started out by a waitress trying to bring us someone else 's appetizers. After another few minutes, another waitress asked if we had been greeted. When she asked how long we had been waiting, I said four or five minutes and she made a face like she didn 't believe me and said, It hasn 't really been that long, has it? I tried to stay polite and said we had had enough time to make it through the menu to decide what we wanted and had been waiting several minutes while at least two waitresses waited on the tables all around us. overall wouldn't recommend any applebees. staff were not enthusiastic or personable here. food is of terrible quality.

Went to this location after my granddaughters graduation. The restaurant was hot. They had a few fans at the end of the isles to try to cool the place. Food took forever to come out and when it did, it was cold. Drinks ordered took even longer to receive than the food. We should've walked out. No manager around to talk to. Other customers had gotten up and left without their food because it had taken so long. I paid way too much for the meal that was very mediocre.

VERY disappointed! We are very patient people but as soon as we sat down the waitress was complaining about how we shouldn't have been seated and should've had to wait bc she was busy like it was our fault.... She wouldn't refill our drinks, when we ordered our appetizer I asked for blue cheese with the ranch, she brought us our appetizer no blue cheese. No biggie, I just asked again she said oh sure!
