"I have finally decided to leave a comment, hoping that the owner or manager will read this. My favorite items at Applebee's are the soft pretzels, bourbon chicken, and shrimp. I find the food to be decent and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and attentive. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a major concern for me. The carpeted floors are very dirty and look like they have not been properly cleaned since the restaurant opened (this is an issue in several Applebee's locations, not just the one in Carrollwood). The restroom floors are also dirty and sticky. I believe that the owner of this establishment should invest in some improvements, such as changing the flooring...

Wow the food and the service was great!! I took my mom out with my family for mother day. Christen R was so nice and patient with all our requests. She didn’t just take our order she had conversation with us. Literally amazing!!!

Wonderful experience at Applebee’s tonight! I came in with a large party and our server Christen accommodated us quickly and efficiently. She was a wonderful server and took great care of us. I will ask for her when I come back soon.

We arrived at the restaurant quite late in the evening and it took longer than expected for our food to be served. Some dishes were missing and a few items on the menu were cold. However, our waitress promptly rectified the situation by bringing the missing items and replacing the cold ones. Despite the hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant so I would rate it four stars. It wasn't perfect, but it wasn't bad either.
