"Okay, at first you come in and you may be a little disappointed cause it seems little dark, and then you’ll be SHOCKED by how good the customer service is!!! It’s crazy!! Smiles from every employee and consistent exceptional customer service and I’ve been to this location quite a few times. Cassie was very nice to us today and had a very sweet demeanor."

Very good service got the food right away. I ordered it via the telephone and picked it up at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and happy to take care of my needs in respect to my food purchase five stars.

"Our first tune back to El Tio Pete in probably 15 years and derivative glad we did. We were worried when we pulled up and the parking was absolutely packed. No spots anywhere. We called the couple we were meeting and they said that it was usually that way on Friday night. We finally found a spot, went in and was told it was a 30 minute wait. That was right on and well worth the wait. Food was great and received plenty, service was excellent and beer was cold. We will definitely be back soon !!! Highly recommend !!!"

"Very exquisite selection of wines from all over the world. What a cool place! There is an old fire door from the old warehouse from 1930's in the room we were seated, a piece of history that they incorporated with their interior design. The ambience is cozy and relaxing, excellent service. We ordered a bottle of French wine and it was fabulous. We will be back!"

"So when you see a female getting verbally assaulted by a guy twice her age in the parking lot if their store.. and then. not only does he verbally assault her he does me to when confronted! Officers called. This store called.. response was .. we already delt with this tonight. Don’t call back. But the officer stated to us.. those two work together?? So many questions .. never ever going back to that shot hole again .. hands down . NEVER"
