"This restaurant experience was terrible. The portion of fries was less than half full, my sandwich had only a few drops of sauce, one small crumble of crispy onions, burnt brisket, and no cheese. This was not what I ordered, and the staff was unable to fix the mistake. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as it's not worth the $40 I spent. I wish I could add a photo to show how disappointing the meal was."

I recently went to this restaurant and decided to try Arby's for the first time in ten years. The service was friendly, the curly fries were fresh and tasty, and the brisket sandwich was surprisingly delicious.

Unfortunately, they were out of burgers and nuggets so we had to make a substitution. However, they forgot the sliders on the replacement order. The fries were delicious and so was the cheese sauce. They also forgot one of the dips for the French dip.
