"We had missed our southern crustaceans that come from Louisiana and go up here to the Middle West, but this little diner at the back of the VFW in Plattsmouth was certainly worth the trip. We were pleasantly surprised with their taste of crustaceans. It was pretty close to what we found in Louisiana. This is really the point and we have not taken into account the price. The pictures were 8 pounds between us 3 and we could have slightly polished 15. They were juicy and tasteful. They were good mud bugs. Excellent burgers and unique tasty pommes! Staff always friendly. It takes some time to get your food, so keep ordering. Worth waiting.

I came here a few times a month. Eating is always great, enjoy the breakfast buffet. Good menu selection. Love the atmosphere. Great puzzling service, two thumbs high!

Phenomenal food. We ordered the Sassy Slim Mushroom Swiss Burger and it has been perfectly seasoned and well presented. Bonus is her sidewinderries. The atmosphere is very on earth and makes you feel you eat at home. We're coming back!
