"Baltaire is an exceptional experience. The space and ambiance are amazing. Staff and management on point. They do American Steakhouse they way it should be done. Mac n Cheez is best in city. Everything in shareable portions which is great for party of 4 or 6. Plenty of space so you feel quite private even though there are many people in the massive dining hall. King Crab Louie and Lobster Cobb were 5 star as well as the delicious crispy fries. Meat, Meat, Meat is the way to go and they have what you need to succeed! This was the best dining experience I've had. The food was amazing, fresh, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentantive and we never had to wait for acknowledgement or anything. I definitely recommend this spot. I will be back again for sure. The ribeye was the best I've had yet.

My husband Andrew and I went to Baltaire for the first time yesterday. My sister-in-law Khrysta happens to work there. She introduced us to the staff and everyone seemed really nice. The food was good and so was the service. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely would go back again soon. Glad we finally went. Great family place.

The lication was the place for Cheese Cake Factory... Baltaire is definitely a high end restaurant and the foods are excellent . Love their ahi tuna poke as appetizers ... The wagiu beef is out of this world and melt in your mouth ... The grilled bone marrow is great and the dover sole is perfect ... In general all foods are of high standard with great taste .... The price is a bit pricey but worth trying
