"because there was only a list of happy cow in husum (which was not what we were looking for this night) we were looking for Thai or viatnamese sites with vegetarian options and were really happy to discover ban thai. the penang curry was incredible and I recommend trying. not the completely western version with red curry and no zanginess, but a rather tasteful curry with freshly ground fruits and lime leaves. the tom kha suppe was unfortunately a bit too sweet for my taste, but had many mushrooms. they could offer more vegan options, however, as most dishes are vegetarian, but they are served with tofu or simply without meat is not offered on the menu."

there are some vegetarian options on the menu that can be ordered as vegan. the large menu could be a bit overwhelming for some, so it is recommended to refer to the beautiful and helpful staff. about all a very nice place for tasty Thai food. recommend!

we asked for vegan currys for safety and decided for the red curry with cocoss milk, sweet and tofu. we were not quite sure about the sharp, it came the friendly service with 2 spoons on a teller to try as she meant that the curry today became a little sharper and whether it would be so for us. super nice!

I am English and this is the only Thai restaurant I was in Germany, although I was in many UK and Thailand. the food and service are absolutely top notch and as good as anywhere I have been in the usa the salad starters... are spicy and tasty and the dish I had so good I had exactly the same when I went back a second time. the employees are very accommodating and will be helpful when they are busy and they have not booked.
