"Pretty good ice cream in the past! Just want to clarify that there are issues with the corporate website, so I was unable to get a free birthday ice cream scoop. I was clearly signed up in the system with birthday listed, etc. But the website and app showed an error message 2 days ago as well as today. It was a lot of set up for no results."

The ice cream is delicious as always. The customer service is very uninviting. The place is so dirty. Every table, chair, walls, floors filthy. I would definitely go out of my way to avoid this location.

"This is an excellent dining option in downtown Gilbert. Romeo is one of the first, if not the first restaurants in this area. "appetizers and drinks. Precious and cheese fondue were really good. popcorn garnelenbrot had a little more seasoned than I like and the aioli was very sharp, but server wanted to make it right for our pleasure and did! server was great. will come back again."
