"I really enjoy ice cream, and 31 Flavors offers an excellent selection of different varieties. I tried their hot fudge sundae and it definitely did not disappoint. The staff member at the counter was kind enough to let me sample anything I wanted, which is always a nice touch. I live close by and usually visit about once a month. This is a fantastic spot for a delicious dessert. Highly recommend!"

When I arrived, they were out of rocky road, but the girl behind the counter was very accommodating. She offered me a complimentary double scoop to make up for it. The customer service was excellent!
