"It wasn't even there. That was exactly what was needed for my party of 10. Service was excellent, the food was cooked, we are served well seasoned and quickly. I immediately pointed out that the staff was recognized by the 1 year old in our group and made sure that nothing was hot in its reach. "Great food and service . (TY Brooke and Nieve) We went for my daughters girlfriends bday. I got the shrimp and mushroom risotto special it was delicious . My husband got the pork chop w spicy vinegar peppers -excellent ! The girls got limon chicken and drunken eggplant rolatini both great . Key lime pie and Choc chip cookie lava cake to end the night were amazing. Would def recommend and want to come back and try the pizzas which looked so good ."

"The ambience was AMAZING! During the pandemic social distancing was observed and the hospitality made us welcome and at home. Our food was delicious and the service was great! We dined on salads, fillet mignon, grilled shrimps, cut Sirloin, sawed broccoli, framed spinach and a baked potato all deliciously prepared and seasoned for perfection! Later we had desserts, consisting of the absolutely best vanilla ice cream, and a chocolate mousse with whipped cream that tasted as it was made in heaven. Will definitely return to Sparkill Steakhouse."
