Dear wife asked if I could give zero stars. I would if I could. Reservation made for 5:45pm. Waited 30 minutes to get seated. It is 7:00pm now, and we still have no chef. Bad, bad, service. Wish I could leave, but my only other option is McDonald's now. Edit: Chef/food was good in the end. Glad we made it out in just under 3 hours.

Historically one of my favorite places to go, but this trip really didn't do it justice. They were out of hot sake, missed an item in our order, and the chicken fried rice (a huge part of the draw! was so dry and tasteless we didn't even finish it. This was eating at the bar rather than the teppan, but we've done that before and it's always been great. Do better, benihana!
