"Extremely disappointed tonight. Placed our order at 7:29 pm and was told a 45 minute wait. Called at 8:54 pm as no delivery of our order had occurred and was told it hadn’t even been sent out. Asked the individual how much longer it would be and was told another 20 minutes for delivery. Almost a full 2 hours since the order was placed and we sit still waiting. No compensation ect. for the extreme inconvenience on a $50+ order. Absolutely horrendous handling of this particular situation."

The food is great. It's been super busy every time we've been in for carryout. The staff has been friendly considering the level of busy they are.The online ordering experience is less than ideal.

I saw a few people say this place was a hit or miss. Boy was it a big miss today. A $5 little Caesars would have been a lot better. It was almost like the dough was soggy with grease. Just thinking about it is making my stomach turn again. Used to be good.

Been about 3-4 years since I visited Benito's in New Boston. Food still great! Service still great too! If you've not visited this location in a while or never been here, treat yourself and go get something. I had a calzone with chicken, ham and both cheddar an mozzarella plus pizza sauce.
