"We booked this as it was adjoining the hotel we where staying in and we had read good reviews. We had booked in advance, which was fine but it was a lovely warm night and they put us inside. They have a large terrace by...the pool. We asked if it was possible to go outside but were informed it was not possible as they were all booked. There were several empty tables available which stayed empty all night. We had the impression the waitress could not be bothered to check. We were on the second serving so there are no later servings. Anyway to the food. I had a Caesar salad that was swimming in sauce making it uneatable. We then waited over a hour for our main course. The food, when it finally arrived was okay but by then we wished we had gone somewhere else to eat. The prices are quite expensive but the service and food did not match them. For the same prices I can eat in a gourmet restaurant here in Bern, Switzerland and this was not the same standard. We had a great time in Europa Park and will come again, but not to this restaurant"

"Unfriendly services, drinks are available at least 35 minutes. Since our service was overwhelmed with 3 tables, we were asked to go to the bar to pay there. At the bar, another operation from the side made us fool, why we're in front of the bar now. A competent and friendly service is not too much required for the price on site. Achja, with good luck there is another service that unfortunately cannot speak so little German and English. Then you can explain with hand and foot what you want to order. As an alternative: Google and pictures show a bad one!"

"The ambience of the restaurant was nice. The service is not really very attentive and it can be that you have to wait a little longer until you can place the order and also get the drinks. The buffet was okay, but I would have expected more for the price. The meat that comes to spits at the table is okay but could give a better quality. I only know this kind of restaurant from Brazil."
