Bistorant Uppu - Menü

Dined here on my own and ordered a normal cheeseburger and a Weiss beer. Unfortunately the beer arrived AFTER the meal, about minutes since ordering. The waitress apologised and said they’d been busy but I watched her serve plenty of people drinks who arrived...after me. The burger came with a saucegravy so had to be eaten with a knife and fork. The fries came covered in mayo which is okay if you like it...

The place is in a prime location with a big outside eating area, that’s where the positives end! To start with we were met with a sour faced unfriendly waitress, who pointed to where we should sit! Another tool our order , it then tool...half an hour to receive our food, way too long when you have children!! I asked for some salt and pepper and was questioned by the waitresses as to if I really needed it!! Needless to say it never arrived!!! We ordered burgers, well I guess the Germans and Dutch are happy eating dog food!!! It was atrocious!!! Mass produced frozen flavourless rubbish drowned in a sweet sauce !!!! for the food!!

I cant believe the previous reviews but of course to each their own opinion. We have been in Winterberg for days and have been already here times. Waiters are friendly even if the place its at times super busy. Seating outside its nice...weather wise and also if you like to just enjoy and have a drink and people watch I have ordered few diff things like the goulash soup i think its called and was really good cheese burger with the touch of that curry sauce was also really good!. Something else we tried was the veggie taler that would be an awesome optiin for vegetarians its a veggie burger plus a coliflowet burger with a side or salad and cream with chives i think!
