"I have visited this restaurant location numerous times over the past 5 years. I always choose to customize my own pizza and prefer to top it with a variety of vegetables. The spicy vegan chorizo topping is fantastic, and I also enjoy their vegan cheese in moderation. However, too much of the vegan cheese can be overwhelming for me. The pesto sauce is flavorful but extremely garlicky, leaving a strong odor that lingers for a while. For this reason, I usually opt for the regular red sauce. The staff at this restaurant are very friendly. We ordered three pizzas with every type of vegetable and the employee was patient and kind.

The Blaze restaurant chain offers a well-designed experience with plenty of fresh toppings. Depending on the location, the quality can vary. The branch near our university market sometimes struggles with customer service, but the management is reliable and employees are responsive when needed. Prices have increased during the pandemic, but they still remain reasonable considering the quality and speed of service. It's like a 9-year-old Italian boy who can consistently make the perfect shot of espresso - after making thousands of pizzas in a 575° oven, they have it down to a science.
